AZERBAIJAN FORMING STRONG ARMY
Received Wednesday, 11.50 a.m. LONDON, May 21. Tabriz radio says that men are undergoing military training in the towns and villages througliout Azerbaijan. The Azerbaijan Prime Minister, M. Pishevari, in declaring that the army would be. uficered solely by Azerbaijans, said: "This army will be a guarantee against enslavement by the Gentral Government."
