RUSSIA SEES END OF FOOD RATIONING
Received Monday, 7 p.m. MOSCOW, May 19. Bread, flour and macaroni are coming off the ration list in the Soviet Union in the autumn. The entire ration card system is to be cancellecl throughout the country early next year.
