THREE PEOPLE DROWNED BRISBAXE, May 20. i Three people were drowned when a l sailing dinghv capsized in Moreton Bav I yesterdav. Tlie party, consisting of t w/j ' Duteh otfieers and two girls, was thrown I into the water about two miles from t the shore. The sole survivor was a 20 ! vear-old girl who was rescued after ! spending almost seven hon-s in tiowater clingiiig to the uptnriied boat.
