The dispute cost the ship ! owners more than £400,000, said " a shipping spbkesman. This sum was i made up of the p.ayment of crews jn port and light dues, b'ut it did not take into account the lost earning i capacity of vessels. | Mr. Forde added that the dispufe t had held up 102 ships in Ausfcralian ports.
