Commercial trade agreements will b.e the new ground for the conference of Dominion representatiyes in Britain when it resumes tomorrow with a representation of full strength as a result of Mr. Mackenzie King's arrival, says the Times diplomatic correspondent. The discussions will provide guidance for when the Commonwealth experts meet to prepare for next year's international economic conference. It is also possible that consideration of new ideas in d'efence will be adv.anced by the British chiefs of staff, which will lead to discussions on methods and the taking of decisions affecting the Commonwealth as a whole.
