At least a wonlh'a training a. year, undcr the strictest supervision for olHcers as well us men, would do immeasurable good, Mr. Jones eonteuded. Anny life, he said, was a great leveller. It taught men to live and work together and it was a great. thing to "knoek baek the smart alee type. ' '
