JUNIOR CIRCLE MEETS The Junior Circle of the Levin ' Women's Institute held its monthiy meeting on April 16, Miss J. Bow- r "! den presiding. ■ ' It was decided that the mbnthly meetings would be held at 7.30 p.m. during the winter. A very enjoyable evening was spent in games and a demonstration of floral work was giVen by Mrs. Evans, of Kim- . berley W.I. A competition for the best bloom of the month was won by Miss Doreen Davies, with MisseS E. Blenkhorn and Merle Lang secoiid and third respectively. The . i]it monthiy competition for the best =•, f'ancy . work resulted as foilows: /. . : Misses E. Blenkhorn 1, J. Cheesman 2, and L. Curtis and M. Lang-.;, 1 3 (equal). Mrs. Evans judged both- ,■ competitions. ■■■•->.' Supper was, servedi by Misses D. a-. i 'Davies, J. Coombes and S. John- | son. The meeting came to a close ! with the singing of the National Anthem. The next meeting will be on May 21. •
