Received IMonday 12.38 a.m. LONDON, May 12. | Moslem League ieaders have piaced 'before the British Parliamentary Delegation to India and the Congress Party proposals for an amicable settlement of the political intpasse according to the New Delhi radio. It is understood a letter containing the proposals has been sent to Mr. Nehru and a reply is expected before the conference reassembles tonight.
