Received. Sunday, 7 p.m. NEW YORK, May 11. j A German V-2 rocket soareu slight- , ly higher than 72 miles into the j stratosphere during a test at White- I sands. A smaller American rocket ! was also tested. The War Depart- j inent has indicated that the Army j has planned to "build a 150-ton rocket ! which is nearly a dozen times as big | as the V-2.
