It should not be very long before all four houses are completed, and do their part in relieving the housing shortage in this town. Pipe Band Dance The Druids' Hall was well filled on Thursday evening for a dance held by the Levin Pipe Band in aid of their uniform appeal. Dancing was continued until a late hour to the niusic of the "Hotch-a-coos" Dance Band. Extras were provided by the pipe band. Mr. S. E. Hyde carried out the duties of M.C. Competition dances were held and a delightful supper was enjoyed by those present. Euchre Evening. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Wilson, of Moutoa, entertained a number of friends at their residence on Thursday evening. The evening took the form of a euchre tournament, the proceeds of which went towards tne Moutoa branch of the W.D.F.U. parcels for Britain fund. The winners of the euchre were Mrs. George Barber and Mr. A. Wilson, while consolation prizes went to Miss Bowe and Mr. Leadley. After the cards the host and hostess provided a delightful home-made supper for their guests. The parcel fund will benefit a great deal from Mr. and Mrs. Wilson's fine gesture. -•
