Up to April 27, Foxbridge had left all other horses standing in the race for leading sires. Foxbridge lias proved tlie champion of all sires, and he is sure of winning the crown again this year. Lang Bian will be- chased up by Salraagundi, .md it looks as if it wili be an interssting contest for second place. rheio's breeding has done very well oo be seventh, and this sire may play an important part next season. The rest are within a few hundred oi' each other. The figures at April 27 were: Foxtridge £51,633, Lang Bian £29,355, Lalniagundi £25,654, .."Seigfried £16,036, Coronach £15,869, Gynerium £iu,869, . Bulandshar £13,708, Theio, £13,635, Mr. Standfast £13,251, Defauifcer £12,462 and Inflation £12,061.
