Received Friday 0,12 a.m, PARIS, May 9. Mr, Moiotov laughingly shook his head when Mr, Connaliy, during a social function at the Ainerican Emhassy last night, asked him if ' he could say ' ' yes ' ' iu any language. The Russian interpreter, Mr. Nikolai Pavlov, laughed so hard at the question that he was unahle to translate it immediately. Mr. Moiotov, after tlie translation, joined in the laughter and then shook his head without comment.
