The Miriistei: bf the Itaiian Royal 'household has announced that King Victor Emmanuel is abdieating before Juhe 2; when a plebiscite on the monarchy is being held. This, says the Associated Press oi Great Britain's Rome correspondent, is the first authorative statement that the abdication of King \iictor was imminent.
