Egyptians are reported to be asserting that the British could complete the withdrawal in less than two years, providing the Egyptian Army effectives couid be douoled within that period. The British proposals will be discussed to-morrow at the formal opening of the Anglo-Egyptian calks, whereafter Sidkey Pasha and iLord Stansgate will make a statei ment.
