BOXING CLUB TO RESUME ACTIVITIES

GENERAL MEETING CALLED A meeting of the committee of the Levin Boxing Club was held on April 30. Mr. J. W. Rimmer occupied the chair and was supported by a good attendance of the general committee. It was decided that the club should again resume activities, and the secretary was instructed to call a general meeting, to be held in the Oddfellows' Hall on May 14 at 8 p.m. The club hopes that all interested in boxing will attend? as the election of officers will take place at this meeting. The club has now had all the equipment it loaned to the air force in 1941 returned, and will' soon be itaging some of its popular tournaments. The last tournament was held in 1940.
