BRITAIN ASKED TO STAY HER HAND . Reeeived Sunday, 8.10 p.m. BAGHDAD, May 5. The Government, protesting against the Palestine report, gave the opinion that aeeeptance would lead to bloodshed and uneasiness in the Middle East. It described the Commission as.illegal and said the immigration of 100,000 Jews to Palestine as recommended, ! would be regarded as an aggressive act j against Arab rights and international law. The Government asked Britaih to wait until the United Nations had discussed the question.
