, INVERCARGILL, May 5. The body of Nev-ille tSpooner, a single man, aged 28, of Carterton, who left Te Anau for the head of th'e lake a month ago on a deerstalking expedition, was found in dense bush a mile in from the north arm of the lake 'today. * The condltion of the body suggested that death liad oceurred more than three weeks ago. Spooner 's diary was found and in th^t there was referenee to illness. The diary had been kept for four days. The eause of death is not yet known.
