The man gained entry to the house when the cent of a singl'e: room i'n which he and his wife and one child were occupying was- raised from 30s to £2 10s. This afternoou a land agent, aceompanied b.y a eonstable,. issued a summons on the present occupant of the house-, r;equiring liim to qwit the house by 10 a.m. on M'ay 1'4 which is the date on which his wife expects to enter a nursing home. '
