WEATHER FORECAST
WELLINGTON, April 30. An intensive anti-cyclone south of the Chatham islands and a shallow depression near Norfolk Island are both practically stationary. The forecast to 5 p,m. on Wednesday. is for easterly winds, fresh at times about the Manawatu Gorge but otherwise moderate. Weather fair to fine, with cool night but mild day temperatures. Further outlook: Fair.
