DEMAND FOR ONE INDIA
^ CONGRESS STAND REITERATED Received Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. NEW DELHI, April 29. The president of the Congress Party, Dr. Azad, at a press conference to-day, reiterated the Congress stand that Federal India should be "one India," fully self-governed, with fesiduary powers for the Provinces. Congress delegates to the Tui-partite Conference wduld press this deniand, added Dr. Azad.
