FORTUNE IN TOKIO BAY
TOKIO, Aprii 26. Divers have so far recovered 200 bars of silver and one of platinum, worth 305,000 dollars, which Japanese officials ordered to be dumped in Tokio Bay before the surrender. Japgpese labourers early in Aprii told the Allied authpritifiB that two truck loads of precious metals beli'eved to ]ie valued at 2,OQQ,QQQ,QOO dollars, were dumped in tlie bay.
