NO PRIVATE OWNERSHIP IN BRITAIN

Received Sunday, 7 p.m. LONDON, April 28. The Government next week will publish a special Bill laying down specifically that all atomic energy development in Britain shail he under public control and public ownership, says the Press Assoeiation 's lobby correspondent. In other words, the atomic bomb and all other atomic expansion will be nationalised and there can be no question of any private enterprise in this dangerous field. The Bill will also annOunce the setting up by the Government of a series of research stations that will investigate the peacetime potentialities of atomic energy and keep Britain abreast of any other country in this important respect. One Station has aiready been established near Oxford.
