Received {Sundav, 7 p.m. ROME, April 27. The rehnbilitation of Austria depeiided oh the elimination of the present four occupations nnd earl.v withdrawal of the occupation forees, said Dr. Schusschnigg at an interview. He added that the peace and well being of Europe called for the establishment of a security svstern "which prevents the great Powers threatening smaller countries as Germany menaced Austria when Hitler came to power. " Dr. Bchusschnigg declared that tne occupation system made economie interchange between the zoties impossibie. The Russians were Jiving off the best agricultural areas with the result that a considerable amount of food did not reach the Austrian people. "A liungry nation is not likely to achieve a political recovery, " he declared.
