It is dfficially stated that five British soldiers arid a British polidenian were killed when armed Jews attacked the police station and the Sixth Airborne Divlsion's nearby Car pdrk. Airborne reinforcements, supported by armoured cars, are being r'ushed to Telaviv from Jerusalem following the attack, which is believed to haVe been organised by jthe Jewish illegal defence organlisation, Haganah, in revenge for the death of the 22-year-old Jewess, Braha Fuld, in the recent Haganah operation to cover the' illegal land|ing of immigrants.
