NAPIER, April 26. The troubles of the Ketch Pa Phare have still not ended. Finding the southerly swell too great to rely on the sail, the master, Captain Webster, has deeided to leave the vessel at Napier while he obtains a diesel engine from Wellington. The engine will be fitted at Napier.
