j BRITISH NOTE ON PROCEDURE Received Friday, 11.30 a.m. - LONDON, Apni 25. The British Government, through its Ambassador in Warsaw, has asked the Polish Government : whether it intends holding elections i based on universal suffrage or a j secret ballot under the Yalta and I Potsdam undertakings. Reportihg this the Press Assoeiation adds that the British Governjment consulted the United States Government before approachmg Poland. '
