The measures include an. 11 p.m. I curfew for soldiers- with; bad condu'ct records, heavier fraining schedules to keep the' -men busier, ' more rigid controi of firearms and | swift punishment for offences | 'agaihst civilians. All commanders and suoordinates must aevote themselves to j re-establishing the discipline and firm ties of unit pride weakened by rapid demobilisation and frequent j cnanges of units, stations aua tne assignments of men and officers.
