HOROWHENUA COUNTY COUNCIL Public Notice of proposed applieation for sanction of a Workers' Dweilings Loan. JyjOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Horowhenua County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the 10th day of May, 1946, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £12,000 for the purpose of ereeting dweilings for oceupation by workers employed or resident in the County, and in terms of Section 195 of the Counties' Aet, 1920. The security for such loan shall be a special rate of one twentysecond of a penny (l/22d) in the £1 on the rateable capital value of all rateable property in the County of Horowhenua. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Horowhenua County Council not later than "the day preceding the said meeting.
