Who Owns Tethered Horse? On Wednesday evening a motor car belonging to an employee of Mr. D. W. Reid, of Lees' Line, was taken and reeovered at Palmerston North yesterday. In making investigations the Feilding police aseertained that during the same night an attempt had been made to take another car from- the property of Mr. Gardiher, who is a neighbour of Mr. Reid. Here . the c'ulprits were foiled in that the car was minus its ignition key.
