Instead of hgving a preliminary informal meeting as at first intended, the British, New Zealand and Australian Ministers this morning got straiglit down to business beeause Mr. Bevin vished to have a talk on international affairs before going to Paris on Thurs-. day. , Mr. Attlee presided and Messrs Bevin and Aflclison attended in additiou to Mr. Nasly Mr. Cliifley and Dr. Evatt.
