AUCKLAND, April 23. Rfforts to renvove a metal screw from the lung- of a four-year-old Auckland boy, having proved unsuceessful, arrangements are now in progress to senp the small patient to Unitpd States for a spepial " operation. He is Graham Soinervaille, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Somervaille, of Arney Road, Remuera. Several months ago Graham was playing with some metal screws and it is thought he put some into his mouth, aceidentally inhaling one.
