And that, in lieu thereof, the southern side of Bath Street (between Oxford Street and the railway line) has been declared a parking place for passenger buses and service cars only, whilst all narking of vehicles on the northern side of Bath Street (between Oxford Street and the raihvay line) shall be prohibited. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER p^OTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Horowhenua Electric Power Board held on March 26, 1946, the following resolution, of which due notice had'been given, was passed, viz.: "In pursuance and exercise of the Powers vested in it by Section 15 of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1936, the Horowhenua Electric Power Board hereby resolves by way of special Order as follows: "For the purpose of providing additional moneys lor the purpose of further reticulatlng the Board's District, The Horowhenua Electric Power Board hereby authorises the raising of a loan of Sixty Thousand Pounds (£60,000) at 31 tfer cent per annum for a period of 20 vears. The said Loan or any part thereof, together with interest thereon shall be repaid by equal, aggregate annual or half yearly instalments over the term of the loan." And notice is hereby given that the above resolution will be subrnitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Horowhenua Electric Power Board to be held on April 30, 1946, at the Board's Office, Bath Street, Levin, at 10.30 a.m.
