Eeeeived Friday 7.0 p.m. MELBOUENE, April IS. Liptons Limited, tea inerchants, were fined a total of £450 in the eity court on nineteen charges invoiving over four million coupous, ec^uivalent - to over lialf-a-'milliori pounds of tfea. The charges concerned discrepancies in tea and coupon returns.
