Bats .collected under the scheme will foe paid for and the greater paft of them will he diverted to soap manuf acture in New Zealand, while soap manufacturers in turn will not receive the supplies of exportable f ats that are available now. The money xeceived as the result of this voluntary fat drive, will be controlled by the National Famine 'Emergency Committee. 4
