WELLINGTON, April 16. An anticyclone covers the Tasman Sea and South Island, while a depressiom to the north-east is moving rapidly eastward. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Wednesday is for light to moderate winds from an easterly auarter. Weather fair to fine and cool, with frosts likely. Further outlook: Fair to fine.
