AUCKLAND, April 15. .Formerly used by the Navy, a number of radio telephonj- sets have been obtained by the Auckland Harbour Board, chiefly for ship to shore work. j The first -two ar'e being installed in the pilot launch Waitemata and at 'Mount Yictoria signal statiou. These will repia ce morse sets used before the war afiu not installed again, and will efiable the Waitemata to mahitahi speech contact with Mt. Victoria during her luns into Rangitoto Cliannel to the pilot station. Other radio telephony sets will be installed in the relieving pilot latiTK'h Felro, the harbourmaster's Qtiefens Wharf office, ahd at Tiritiri signal station. The set at Tirtiri will serve for emergency use in case of a breakdown in the telephone line to MJ. Yic-" toria and . Qneon'S wharf.
