Received Monday, 11.30 a.m. TOKIO, April 14. Lieut.-General Northcott, Commander-in-Chief of the Brilish Coirunonwealth Forces in Japan, has announced a new plan for exchanging companies within the Empire forces occupying Japan as a means of fosfcering comradeship, says the United Press of America's Kure correspondent. Thus Australian and New Zealand companies will be placed in British regiments and British companies with the New Zealanders and Australians. Indian units willbe participating as soon as larger numbers arrive. i
