NEW YORK,%April 11. The Mayor of New York,' G ene'ral j'Dv/yer, announced that United 14aoions had chosen the Worid's Pair site ..n Flushing MeadoW, Long Island, ds ts interixxx meeting place. The Speriry Gyroscope plant on Lake Success, Long island, will be the office eadquarters. General O'Dwyer said the City Couri■:il had agreed to advance 1,250,000 dollars for inxproviixg the park, ' als> ihe interior of the municipal buildings at present used as a skating rink.
