GOOD LEMON PIE RECIPE
Take 6 ozs. of Fether Flake Puff Pastry and line an open tart tin. Bake in a hot oven until a pale brown. Fether Flake is perfectly mixed ready for use. Just roll and bake for deliciously rich flaky pastry. Boil together half pint water, one tablespoon butter, three tablespoons sugar and the grated rind of a lemon. Add one tablespoon of cornflour mixed with lemon juice. Add beaten yolks of two eggs and j cook for two or three minutes. Pour into pastry case. Beat egg whites . stiff. Add two tablespoons sugar . and pile on top of tart.
