The Belgian and French police have discovered a vast international organisation for heloing fnrmer collaborators to escape to Spain and South America. . Arrests made i'n many places include an industriqlist, a jqurnalist, two lawyersi and qthers who are all Belgians, the accused having collabo'rated wit'h Germans.
