SP IRAQ SEEKS REVISION Receiyed F^iriov. 1.1.40 a m. BAGHDAD, April 11. It is leprned that Iraq is sending a memorandum to Britain soqn for a revision qf the twenty-five year Anglo-Iraq Treaty of 1930, mainlv on the question of air bases ahd their Iraqi guards, economic coqperation and the continued employment of British advisers, experts and engineers for which the Treaty proyided.
