unusual 3ncident Received Thursday, 7.30 p.m. CANBERRA, April 11. j The Postmaster-Generai, aenator Cameron, orated in the Senate for ten minutes last night on the wrong Bill. He was the first speaker when the debate on the War Service Homes Bill was resumed after the dinner adjournpient. For ten minutes he voiced the argument of the Goverhment members of both Houses in support of the Constitution Bill, debate on whicli bad : been opened in the afternoon apd 1 adjourned. ; ignormg interjections from both! sides, he contipued to point out constitutional limitations on the Government's povvers. It was not until Senator Courtice leaned over and audiblyi whispered that the Senate was debat- ' ing the War Service Homes Bill that! he interrupted his speech. He proceed- 1 ed after a moment with tjie argument ' that if the Government had supreme 1 powers it could do a lot more to house J ine comnmnity. j
