r Received Thursday, 8.45 p.m. LONDON, April 11. Mr. Gromyko hgs been relieved of tlie post of Ambassado.r in the XJnifcea States owing to liif appointment as permanent Russian representative on United Nations Security Council. He will be replaced by Mr. Nicholas Novi kov, who is at present Charge d'Aflairej the Soviet Embassy in Washington.
