OWNERS APPEAL
Mrs. II. H. Rough, owner of Young Margarel, and Mr. H. M. Rougli, partowner, Palmerston Nortli, liave lodged notice of appeal with the Racing Confereuco against the one niouth's disquaiification imposed 011 thein by the Wanganui district coiumittoe. ' The disqualification was imposed under Rule 179 (2) of the Rules of Racing for nominating Young Margaret for a hack race at Feilding when the mare was ineligible for hack races.
