CIVIC THEATRE
4, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY "Get me Hitler, Mussolini and a Jap ambassador," came a voice over the dictograph in the casting office of the Hal Roach Studios. and th°re "was launched one of the most widesnread and thorough searches of Hollywood's acting personnei unoi. the casting of "Gone With the Wind." The voice was that of producer Glenn Tryon and the occasion was the start of production on ihe est Hal Roach comedy, "Thd Devil With Hitler," at the Civic Theatre. This reviewer is happy to report that the film brings Monsier Lupin up to date in a story that will delight picture fans everywhere, as will the star who nnrt.vavs him.
