SPANISH ARMY OFFICERS ARRESTED
Received Monday, 11.30 p.m. LONDON, April 8. ! Several senior staff ofiicers of the I Spanish Army were arrested in a dawn round-up in Madrid, says the Daily Her- 1 ald correspondent. The, ofiicers, who includs Colonel Eduardo Saez Aranaz, or the General Staff, and Colonel Jose Gouzales Salinero, of the Assault Guards are held in the political police prison. They are accused of participating in a plot against General Franco. „
