LEVIN RETURNED JPERSONNEL Attention is drawh to an advertisement in this issue advising of the civic welcome home. spcial and dance to all Servicemen aiid servicewomen who have returned' to' Levin and district since the last similar function was held on November 6 last. The welcome home will be held in the Regent Social Hall at 8 p.m. on Thursday next, and it is the wish of the Mayor and Couneillors that every. servicemen who has returned to Levin from overseas shall be iaccorded an' official welcome home. An excellent programme of entertainment has been arranged for the early part of the evening, to be followed by supper and a dance, and it is hoped that the pubiic of Levin and district will attend in large numbers to do honour to. our guests..
