The practice of stealing electric light bulbs from p'arked tram 'trailers, which was preValent in Christchurch several months aeo, seems to have revived, stateS the Press. This week a Christchurch Tramway Board inspector ;feceived from the polic'e constable ih Beckenham five bulbs which apparently, were stolen froni trailers. At one time there was an epidemic of thefts of bulbs from trailers, and the Tramway Board offered a reward for information about the thefts.
