INTERNATIONAL CONTROL OF ATOMIC ENERGY
COMMISSION UBGBD ,TO SPEED WOEK , Received Sunday, 8.30 p.ip. * , NEW YORK, April 7. The New York Times learns that the Secretary-General of United Nations (Mr. Trygve Lie), for the first time admonishing UNO membership for dilatoriness in the discharge of their duties under the Charter, has called for greater speed in dealing with international control of atomic energy. Mr. Lie has asked the 12 member nations of the Atomic Energy Commission immediately to complete the appointment of their representatives m order that a meeting can he arrangel in New York to begin work. The feeling is general in diplomatic quarters that the Commission has not proceeded with the utmost dispatch as the General Assembly directed.
