Received Monday, 10.40 'a.*m. » , TEHERAN, April 7, Russia is controliing the proposed Russian-Persian pil company for the first twenty-five years, said the Persian Priipe Minister, M. Sultaneh, addressing a Press conference. Tfee company will exist for fifty ye&rs, In the first half of tljGa period Russia will hold 51 per cent. of the stock and Persia In the second half the holdings will be equally divided. "For the whole of the period, Russia js p&ying the e£plcration expenses and Persia is reiaining, the jtifle to the land and maintaining the orgarjisatiop headquarters/' said M. Sultaneh. He added that the text of the agreement was npt secret, and would be published soon.
